What are the Services, Areas, and Rates?

We are licensed and insured coast to coast, in all of Michigan, but Lansing, MI is our home base.

Free perks such as

Our Rates are

  • $35/hour/person for Packing
  • $50/hour/person for Moving, Lifting, & Hauling


Fees are

  • $0.76/mile fee to arrive & come home if starting outside the Greater Lansing Area
  • $10/hr rate increase for moves needed within 48 hrs
  • $20/hr rate increase for moves needed within 24 hrs 
  • $100-$200 average cost for extra large rental


  • Discounts are
    • $20-$50 off large box truck rentals, if needed (we cover the base cost for any extra rental needed)
    • $5-$10/hour off for low-income homes


These rates are as transparent as possible, but we always honor the reality of budget constraints.

We try to meet everyone where they can afford it, as everyone should have the privilege to be helped where needed.


*Deposit per tub is $2 per 40qt tub and $3 per 70qt tub, with 100% money-back when returned!

What is included with the hourly rates?

All hourly rates come with premium basics-

What is Low Income Leniency?

To qualify for reduced rates, provide proof of the household's tax return or unemployment.

  • $5/hr rate reduction for households within 200% of the federal poverty level
  • $10/hr rate reduction for households within the federal poverty level

Unexpected, strenuous financial situations can be hard, but we always honor the ability to budget a move with us.

What if I want to add an extra large box truck for my move?

Awesome!

We offer a $20- $50 discount since we know we have some size limitations with our current equipment.

Let us handle the rental for you, and you just pay the rental provider's miles and fees

  • $100-$200 average costs for rental miles, fees, and gas


Our Driver is equipped with an Enhanced Chauffeur's License which means they can safely operate a motor vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) up to 26,000 lbs such as 29 foot box trucks.

What if I need help with packing?

We've got your back!

Hire a packer before the move or day-of the move for $35/hr.

  • Packing Paper, Care, Plastic Wrap, and some Donated Boxes (if available) are free
  • Tape, Tubs, Boxes, and Bags are priced accordingly
    • $0.50 per Bag
    • $2.00 per 40qt Tub*
    • $2.00 per Small Box
    • $2.50 per Medium Box
    • $3.00 per Large Box
    • $3.00 per 40qt Tub*
    • $5.00 per Roll of Tape

Free to arrive unless 25 miles or farther, then it is

  • $0.76/mile fee to arrive & come home

Even if it is last minute, don't hesitate to ask!

  • $10/hr rate increase for jobs needed within 48 hrs
  • $20/hr rate increase for jobs needed within 24 hrs 

*Deposits for tubs are 100% money-back when returned!

What is the Double Drive Time rule?

Double Drive Time is one of California's consumer protection regulation laws.

  • Companies can only charge the customer the (drive time between moving destinations) x 2.
  • You are not billed for the drive to your place or back to the office.

And as our own, personal addendum-

  • We charge the drive time between homes only 1.5 times if multiple trips are needed!
